We have three project transactions in the $2B USD range, and have conducted our highest transaction well above that range.
Once over $300M USD, some strict qualifications may apply.
Everything needs to be assessed accordingly.
If the Loan Prospect will submit a Pre-Ap, we’ll have more insight into what they’re planning and what LTVs might be at different phases.
